Access: Customers are granted access to the facility during posted hours. Lanier Luxe Storage reserves the right to change access hours or temporarily restrict access for maintenance or emergencies.
Prohibited Items: You may not store hazardous, illegal, explosive, or perishable items.

3. Payments and Fees

Monthly Rent: Rent is due on the first of each month unless otherwise stated in your lease.
Late Fees: If rent is not received by the end of the grace period defined in your rental agreement, late fees will apply.
Refunds: Rental payments are generally non-refundable. Please refer to your specific rental agreement for move-out notification requirements.

4. Intellectual Property Rights Unless otherwise stated, Lanier Luxe Storage and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on LanierLuxeStorages.com. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Lanier Luxe Storage for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

5. User Restrictions You are specifically restricted from all of the following:
